The owner of 162 (2nd floor) has covered approx. 60% area on the roof and block the access of roof. He has shifted water tanks of ground floor and 1st floor residents without their consent. Residents of both the floors have been facing water crisis due to this since long.
This building is in very bad share as it is around 35-40 years old without pillars and any support. This is giving threat to collapse any time. It is sincere request from residents of both the floors to take immediate action. Building map is approved up to to only second floor. Now the owner is selling the roof of the 2nd floor to some one separately.
