Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Unauthorized flat built in parking area

Hi,

I wanted to bring to your notice that we are facing parking issues in builder flat purchased few years back. Builder has built independent flat in parking area where he has provided 8 parking (All on registered copy) to all owner's but parking slot are only for 4 car's. Now we are facing issue of this unauthorized flat constructed. Builder is yet to sell this flat at ground floor.

I purchased this flat in year 2012 when i was not aware of this parking issue.
Address of flat is wz-656, gali no.-26, sadh nagar-ii, palam colony, new delhi-110045.

Please help with the issue to resolve this.
