This is regarding online payment of house tax in respect of following 2 separate (Floor wise) properties at the same address.
1. First floor of 190 mukherjee nagar delhi in the name of gurcharan kumar khurana

No. 1 and no. 2 are real brothers. Both o[censored]s are paying house tax regularly through your online portal every year on the same day. But this year there are certain changes in the online portal. No. 1 i. E. Gurcharan kumar khurana has paid house tax today through online portal.
When no. 2 i. E. Rakesh khurana attemted for payment of house tax for ground floor. He is unable to pay the same with the message.

In view of the above no.2 rakesh khurana is not able to pay house tax for his portion i. E. Ground floor of 190 mukherjee nagar.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest enabling rakesh khurana to pay house tax well before 30th june 2020 to avail rebate including senior citizen rebate as he is 60 year old.
As the upic for both the properties is same in your records, please also appropriate correctly house tax already paid for the previous years correctly in respect of ground floor and first floor of 190 mukherjee nagar delhi.
An early resolution of the above is requested.
