Dear sir.. This is to bring to you kind notice that i ramesh kalra resident of s - 372, first floor greater kailash part 1.. New delhi - 110048 need to report damaged cause by resident of the same address on the ground floor.. They have removed all the beams violated the layout of the building also.. They have also damaged my wall by doing so.. The bulding is at such a dangerous stage that it might fall... I had to call the police on 10th of september 2019.. As iam concerned for the safety of my family & house when confronted the residents of the ground floor miss behaved with my son.. I had also given a written complaint to mcd office green park.. I was told by mcd office to call mr. D. R meena or mr. Manoj kanojia after an hour... They had taken our contact numbers also... Bt when i reached back home in 20 mins.. And after an hr wen we called dr. Meena told us i have already visited the property and thr is no damage as such... And he disconnected the call.. They dint even bother to inform us by ne means... After that we tried his no. Several time he was repeatedly disconnected the calls and thr was no response from his side.. My son called up mr. Manoj he still responded n sent someone.. So mr. Tek chand visited the premisses and wen he told the owner of. Ground floor to open their floor they told him that we don't have the keys.. Mr. Tel chand informed me. Manoj that they are not opening the ground floor.. And he also told him that it is looking dangerous... But wen he told us that this building comes under dr. Meena only and he is the only one who can do nething.. And we till date haven't got any response from the mcd.. Today they hav again started to break walls... Iam very concerned sir kindly please take some action regarding this.. And help us.. Iam also attaching some pictures and videos kindly pls check the attachments...

Dear sir

My file no is 2222... Still we have got no reply from mcd or the je... Iam really scared for my life and my house.. My buildind is around 96 year old and they have started the work again
... Kindly please take some action or ill have i will have to take this isuie to the higher court...
