Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — wanted to change my father name

S Shubhang Saxena from Delhi, Delhi

My father's name is swapan kumar chakravorty and mother's name is anju chakravorty and in my all documents 10th, 12th, degree the name is s. K chakravorty and anju chakravorty respectively. The problem is in my birth certificate, father's name is shailesh kumar saxena (It should have been salesh kumar saxena atleast) and mother's name is indu saxena. I am class 9th and in 9th we all are filling registration form for clas 10th board.in school eacher says go to school office and make correction in name of my parents. This discrepancy in name will create problem in fututre for appearance in board exams? How can i correct my parent's name in the birth certificate itself? Please help. Thanks in advance.
