Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Water drains and street conditions

I'm resident of Rana Park Extension sirspur New Delhi 42
Here in my locality all water drains are overflowing because of no cleaning and after completion of sewer work no road /street repair work is done .
Everyone is facing trouble here .
Spoken to cleaning staff they responded it's not in their responsibility talk to other staff which I haven't seen from last 5 months here around.
Kindly look into the matter .
