Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — water logging in street, and delaying in construction of sewage and street

I am a citizen of bank colony, near and nagri delhi, in my area sewage work is going on from last 2 years, till it is not completed, water is collected daily even if rain is not there, citizens were hoping from last 2 years, it will resolve by complete of sewage problem, but sewage construction is taking two long roads are not constructed even, people are not able to walk on footpath of (Near mandoli central jail), when mandoli central jail was inaugurated honourable guests not came to this side of jail, they went from main highway road, even defence force is doing petroling in drainage water logging, please see in this matter, and do as soon as, because it can lead to birth of some water borne diseases
