Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — 15 years old car

Car no. DL 2CAF 8999 which has completed its period of 15 years is standing from couple of months at 1/5087 Gali no. 3 Balbir Nagar Shahdara Delhi-110032 near Shiv Mandir in damaged condition and no one is driving this car, also lots of construction waste is gathered around the car and there is no valid pollution certificate for this car.

So, I request you to please remove the car because it has already completed its 15 years and it is taking road and parking space without any use and lots of construction waste is gathered around.
