Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — collection of water in front of house no. a 4/21, lal quarter, krishna, nagar

Sir,
This is to inform you that lot of water is flowing from benieth the main road from two properties ahead of my home. Now the water stays through out the day and it's muddy all around. Even some sort of mosquitoes and worms have started breeding which will effect the health of people staying or working around.
This requires your immediate attention as it's rainy season and could become a health hazzard.
