Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — cows everywhere

There are several cows living on waste
They eat garbage and poop everywhere making our locality dirty.. and unhygienic. There owner doesn't feed them and at the time of milking take them and sell the milk to customers.. Milk which may be contaminated due to the garbage eaten by cows.
The area is East Vinod Nagar, near Durga mandir, Delhi 91
I request to take strict action against it.
