I am resident of 173, Chander Lok, Gali No. 1, Shahdara, Delhi 110093 (Near Unitek Computers), Here is a dog which suffering from some disease and spreading disease to humans also. The dog is so stinky its hard to use street because of the stikyness.

I request you to please take the dog and provide treatment to dog.
