[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — e mutation

I have applied for e mutation online on[protected]. I am resident of dilshad garden, block - r. Problem is that this area comes in north zone office when you check it online, but my property tax will deposit in south zone. As i have applied for e mutation certificate online my file gone in north zone office. Now people sitting in north zone said that they have no option in mcd online portal to transfer my file to south zone office and they are not authorise to issue mutation certificate for this area. Will you please let me know that what should i do moreover this problem in mcd portal. I request you to please rectify your online portal for e mutation or start take documents manually as earlier. Nov 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks for your reply. I have only SMS which I received"Physical verification date of your property e-Mutation is :2019-08-19 00:00:00". Sent by AX-NICSMS. Till date there is no one come to me for Physical Verification of the property. I have visited to MCD office, south zone where area inspector assured me to look into the matter. Area inspector name is Mr. Kapil Sharma and his mobile number is 99902 42828. Mr.Kapil asked me to come after few days to check the status as he will discuss this problem in the meeting with seniors, because this problem occurred due to online portal and manual process have been stopped to take documents for e-mutation. Problem in online portal only which needs to be rectifiy so that online submitted application will go to the correct department same as MCD property tax portal. Municipal Corporation of East Delhi customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
