Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — heavy traffic on school hours Is, 2pm. on underpass near mansarovar park metro station

Sir the underspass near M. S. Park had open nearly 6months earlier. After that we complained that four n three wheelers cannot pass from there so some barricades was built in order to pass only two wheelers but i guess the school vans drivers had broke there barricades in order pass from there. And now every day at 2p.m. Traffic jam occurs which lasts for atleast 1 hour so please take some action.
