Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — house tax error id[protected]

While filling house tax online against id[protected], we have wrongly entered the amount of rs. 4301/- in the last arrear slot. This is now appreing double rs. 8602/- when going to pay.
Requested to the office in geeta colony, they says this is to be paid in full whereas there is no outstanding for last year.
Requested to do the needful to reset the form so that actual amount may be deposited before 30th june.
Since i am a senior citized of the 83 yrs and gets a rebate on the same which will be lapsed if not paid in time.
