I was paying property tax online for property ID:[protected] on 7-Jun-2020 using netbanking through axis bank. Amount 1499₹ deducted but receipt didn't generate. Next day I made payment using someone else's credit card. Payment was successful and receipt generated for same. I talked to Axis bank regarding refund of my deducted amount for which receipt was not generated they contacted edmc and told me receipt is generated for that transaction as well. I checked on edmc site it shows receipt for payment made by credit card only not netbanking. Now the scenario is payment has been made twice for same property id. Axis bank asked me to contact edmc. I also have raised a grievance with reference no. 44144 on 9-Jun-2020 but it's status shows as CLOSED with out any response. I dialled 155303 for property tax payment related queries but no. can't be reached. I tried to contact returning officer Mr. Rajneesh ji on his mail id: ro03.[protected]@gmail.com but didn't receive any response. I have made all possible efforts in last one month and now you are the only hope left for me. Please assist to get my refund of 1499 ₹.
