Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — I am complaining about server that is down to my house full off black water

I live in laxmi nagar and near to my house and front of my house its full of garbage no body cleaning it and because of that my house is full of mosquitos due to which my whole family is being ill.
Even sever down to my house is also full black water
Would request to take action on it as it is really a serious matter related to health of everyone people who lives in near as well
