Dear sir, I am a owner of B 703 2nd floor Gali no 2 Ganesh Nagar 2 Shakar pur, I am living here for the last 8 years.My above floor has made an illegal construction on the roof without taking the permission from other and and had locked the roof gate.They are saying we are the owner of the roof and you need our permission to enter the roof.As per law they have no right to construct a room and locked the roof without others permission.Please look into the matter
