Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — I'm am complaining about the blockage in the middle of the Vishnu street and Shankar street kunti marg due to construction site

There is a construction work is being going on in the middle of the Vishnu street and Shankar street kunti marg and they have spreaded all the materials like badarpur, baalu rait wooden sticks, sariya and bricks outside the construction site in the middle of the streets which creates lot of problems to enter the streets even their truck has destroyed the half of the naala outside the street.
And the owner says he has good relationship in the department so no one can do anything against him .
Kindly look after our problem as soon as possible
