Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — Increasing numbers of stray dogs in Pocket-J&K, Dilshad Garden making impossible to sleep and work at night

This is related to Pocket-J&K in Dilshad Garden, East Delhi (Pin: 110095). The number of stray dogs are rising exponentially. While I used to like dogs but the problems created by them have now turned this to hatred. I need to work in late night shift and they continuously bark from all directions making it difficult to work and embarrassing in meetings. I need a good sleep after work due to my heart problems but I cannot do that either due to noise created by them. Plus they are everywhere blocking you, aggressively barking at you. It seems that I am living in a zoo with open animals. This is my humble request to MCD to look into this proactively as I almost made up my mind to sell my house and move somewhere else.
