Sir, there is a street dog in my street, I am a resident of nand nagri delhi 110093, that dog has got a lot of wound on the ear, we tried a lot but could not succeed and now the condition of that speechless animal has gone from bad to worse. Please tell some way to help him or you take him and treat him or else he will be killed, kindly do action as soon as possible.
