Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — pension not released after one year

My father was retired from edmc in oct 2016 but edmc didn't paying his pension. This is more than a year but we are not getting a penny from the department. When we are trying to contact with authority they are ignoring us not not giving any satisfy answer to us. It happens several times with us. We are in trouble and difficult to survive for us however edmc are not responding. Please look into this matter and help us. We are waiting for your response
