Property Address : 5-D, Pocket A, Mayur Vihar Phase 2, East Delhi-110091.

I applied three years back for offline mutation of DDA properties I purchased from Nitu Devi to Rinki Jain & Vaibhav Jain but till date I am not getting a Mutation Certificate and any information regarding this.

Now an online facility for downloading Property Mutation Records from EDMC website but they require Registration Number and Registration Date but we don't have So kindly provide the details to download mutation certificate.

Also 19th March, 2021 i received a message from EDMC as follows :

Namaskar! Your Number is registered in EDMC with Unique Property ID No.01105089VVA9P03 which is assigned for payment of Property Tax for the year 2019-20.Please pay Property Tax before 31.03.2021 and help us in serving you better.Please ignore, if already paid.

but i already paid Property tax for the year 2019-20 as on dated : 29-July-2019 (Property Tax Receipt Number : G[protected] and Property tax for the year 2020-21 as on dated : 26-Jun-2020 (Property Tax Receipt Number : G[protected].

Kindly resolve both issues on priority.
