Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — Property tax paid online; no receipt given or exists

My wife owns a flat in Delhi. Since I am not in Delhi, and there are some property tax arrears, I used the online portal at https://mcdonline.nic.in/citizenedmc/web/citizen/info.

I paid an amount of Rs 421/- as property tax for 2018-19 through HDFC bank netbanking. The payment was declared successful (see screen grab), and a button "Download receipt" was displayed. My account was charged (see photo).

But no receipt was issued, and a subsequent search shows that no receipts exists.

Is this a scam or hacked website or an EDMC scam?

Where DID THE MONEY GO? because it was paid and there is no account of it anywhere.

Beware of EDMC payment portal! Pay, but no receipt issued and no record exists of payment.
