Please note I made a EDMC property tax on the 25th of October, 2018 for Property ID[protected]. The property tax amount of Rs.1461.14 has been debited from my Debit Card account but I haven't received any payment confirmation from EDMC side.
Due to which I made a grievance complaint on 25th October itself bearing Ref. No. 36415 but its status is still showing pending on the website.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note I made a EDMC property tax through below website on the 25th of October, 2018
for Property ID 1723 6891 0250. The property tax amount of Rs.1461.14 has been debited from my Debit Card account 4363 0304 0534 1736 (HDFC BANK) and received SMS from HDFC Bank for the same. But I haven't received any payment confirmation from EDMC side.

Due to which I made a grievance complaint on 25th October itself but its status is still showing pending on the website.
Today I called up HDFC bank and they confirmed me that the said has been debited in my HDFC bank account. They further asked me to talk to EDMC official and get a confirmation that whether EDMC received my payment of Rs.1461.14 or not or if it is in process. And if you haven't received this amount then only bank will take action in reversing the said amount in my bank account.
Hence, request you to check receipt of this amount and confirm me by return email.
I called up of EDMC Shahdara South Zone Number 011-22501117 but nobody picks up the call. I even tried to call 011-22165880 but nobody picks up my call.
Request a resolution at your earliest possible.
