Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — Property Tax website is not working

I applied for and received my UPIC yesterday (23 June 2021) to pay property tax to EDMC.
When I log in to their website https://mcdonline.nic.in/citizenedmc/web/citizen/property/home,
I can see that my property is listed on the home page.

When I click on "Actions" button, I am not given any provision to pay tax.
The only options I am give is
1. View
2. Edit Property/Owner Details

When I select View, I am shown my property details only but no option to pay tax
When I select "Edit Property/Owner Details" the website throws an error and I have to re-log in.

There is no option anywhere on the website to provide feedback or to register a complaint.
There is no contact number listed where we can call for assistance.

Please fix this issue so that I can pay my property tax or please provide an alternative method of payment.

Updated by nkg4 I have also noticed that the information that I supplied at the time of applying for UPIC has not been updated in my property record. Image attached
