Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — pruning of huge trees whose branches fall on our house

This is to inform you that i am putting up in b46f2/b block of dishad garden. There are 3huge trees right next to our house we got our balcony damaged when the branch of 40feet high tree fell on it our car got damaged. For the last two years i have been complaining sent photos nothing happened. They come and say ladder is not there equipments are not there where as on the next side of b block machine comes and trees get cut every year regularly god knows which vip is putting up. I have been living here for the last 25 year. Pls do something.
