Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — very heavy tree fell 1 month back not removed completely very heavy part left because of having no machine to cut it into parts

I am rishi kumar 1 month back a very heavy tree fell in my society (Swayam sewa co.-op. Group housing society jhilmil colony delhi 110095) right in front of house no 138, (Society is located near e. S. I hospital jhilmil) but didnot removed /carried properly by municipal corporation east delhi because of having no machine to cut it into parts to remove/carry it away they people commited to come next day with cutting machine to cut it & carry it wholely but no personnel came from their in past 20-25 days kindly plz remove it as it has fell right infront of my house
