Municipal Corporation Of Faridabad — blockage in sewer, water not draining properly

Water is not able to pass properly into the sewer in front of my house.
The road is blocked completely and people are not able to pass
Tried to complain multiple times at the office, however no action was taken.
We are facing a lot of problems due to this and there is high risk of mosquito breeding causing various diseases.
Please help to fix the issue as soon as possible.
