In our builiding J 3162 IInd floor Mrs shikha and other flat owner in J block in sainik colony they are withdrawing mcf water illegally for their 4-5 tanks regularly and changing the mcf piplelines forcefully by their private vendors this is not acceptable and mcf should take action against them we already complained about this issue in MCF too but no action yet and due to them them we; the authorized connection holders can not use the water properly
