This is to aprise your honour that I am a resident of dayer colony near lal kothi, Adarsh Nagar, Ballabhgarh . I wish to bring to your kind notice of my plight and suffering caused by the dumping of garbage and dung in the vacant plot adjacent to my house for the last eight years. Although the owner of the plot mr. Anand Babu had been informed umpteen times but to no avail . With the huge piles of rubbishes accumulating and stench smell emanating, there is a danger of outbreaking and spreading epidemic in our locality . Moreover baby snakes and scorpions had aslo appeared number of times in my house . All and above due to water seeping through the other side of the foundation, a crack has developed in the courtyard wall. The pathetic condition of the plot can be explicitly observed by any passerby.
In view of this I expect your highness to be considerate enough to take a prompt and stringent action to help us out of this grave multiple situation .
