Municipal Corporation Of Faridabad — Misbehaving and refused to doing work

I came to MCF for copy of death certificate. I filled the form and submitted it to the madam sitting there and she asked for a fee of Rs 65 for 1 copy, we wanted 4 copies of the certificate and the total fee of the copies was Rs 260 and we paid Rs 260 to the madam but when We asked for receipt of payment then she refused to give receipt and started misbehaving with us and she returned the form and payment and started saying I can't do this work, it's not my job. She started saying, now I will not do your work. First go to the tehsil and make the payment and bring the receipt of payment, only then you will get a copy of the certificate. Until we asked for the payment receipt, that madam was giving us the copy of the death certificate, but on asking for the payment receipt, she directly refused for our work.
The name of the madam sitting there was probably Hina. And I am not sure about her name as no one was telling me her name even when I asked.
