Municipal Corporation Of Faridabad — Money deducted but payment not received in Haryana government house tax website

I am resident of Dabua colony, faridabad, Haryana-121001. I paid my property tax on website provided by Haryana Government "http://mcfaridabad.org/house-tax-updation.aspx" on !0th october. The amount has been deducted from my account but the site showed failed transaction.
Its been 17 days now but the money has not been credited to my account. Also the page for payment is not working now. Kindly help. I am providing details for your reference.
