Municipal Corporation Of Faridabad — Not getting water of government street tube well

Hi,

In our street only 1-2 house are not getting water despite of tube well in quite our street near by home. Just because of some people who are directly taking open water line and running business ( charging rupees of water ) Also they are denying if someone asking to add the connection from their open line connection. They are showing their dadagiri that nobody can use water without their permission.

So I believe everybody has rights to use water. Municipal corporation given equal rights to anyone to use it.

Can you have any solution to resolve our issue what I have mentioned above.
