As a resident of this area, I, along with my fellow community members, am facing immense hardship due to this prolonged water scarcity. For the past year, there has been no regular or adequate water supply, and this has caused significant disruption in our daily lives. I am living in Faridabad Parvatiya colony, more than 12 months the water supply has been stopped in Gali no=80, we have to purchase water for us to survive for daily usage.

Despite various attempts by residents to seek clarification on this matter, we have not received any official communication regarding the reasons for the suspension or any expected timeline for the restoration of services. This prolonged disruption is causing distress and inconvenience to everyone in the area.
Therefore, I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action to restore the water supply to Parvatiya colony at the earliest. We would also appreciate it if you could provide an update on the status of the issue and any measures being taken to prevent such interruptions in the future.
