I am a resident of ring basthi jagathgirigutta, there is a blockage of drainage and its over flowing on the roads, i have been complaining about this from past 2yrs, the team just comes cleans it for temporary and goes off, that too after many requests calls and couple of weeks follow-ups, there is no permanent solution given to it yet and this road directs to government school, children's residents, office people each and everyone is facing issues to step out of the house because of drainage over flow. Can we have someone who can really get into our shoes and understand the concern which we are facing to do our basic day to day activities.

Requesting the team, to please consider this because its causing health issues as well.

A quick response would be highly appreciated.
