To, The Municipal commissioner, GHMC Hyderabad Sub: illegally renting the residential area for commercial use Sir, This is to bring to your notice that in our area, the owner of flat no:152/4, 3rd phase, KPHB is illegally renting the residential area for commercial use I.e, to the big godown Malabar gold and diamonds jewellery store, which is creating a lot of disturbance to the common people like public are suffering when they block the narrow road with huge vehicles for dumping and loading the raw materials. The owner of said property is not listening to us as many times we convince him not to lend the residential area for commercial use. But he didn't care and suggested us whatever you want to do do, just I need money and also said that any GHMC official comes I am ready to give money. we have the same problem in our locality, two buildings which are used as commercial purpose but built on residential agreement as no one is ready to involve in those matters in which there is a lot of disturbance and pollution of huge vehicles in small streets!! as i am a student and not a major i am not able raise voice!! though i have seen police a lot of the time but don't know what happens inside the warehouse they go back with no involvement or not an eye!! i tried to log a complaint but don't know how!! anyways it was controlled by some rich candidates with whom we can"t deal with

This is to bring to your notice that in our area, the owner of flat no:7B, H:o:5-36/7B Shanthi Nagar, DeepthSri Nagar, Madinaguda, Miyapur is illegally renting the residential area for commercial use I.e, to the IFB Washing machine care, which is creating a lot of disturbance to the common people like public are suffering when they block the narrow road with bikes and trucks. The owner of house constructed shed for their car parking and blocked the road.
The owner of said property is not listening to us as many times we convince him not to lend the residential area for commercial use. But he didn't care and suggested us whatever you want to do do, just I need money and also said that any GHMC official comes I am ready to give money.
I request concerned authority to take necessary action immediately.

In Flat no 7110 of Janapriya Metropolis Apartment, Erragadda, Illegal shop is run by Mr. Krishna Prasad who works with Telangana Police department. He & His wife running a readymade garments shop in Flat 7110 and creating nuisance to fellow residents. They are bringing items from different states without paying taxes and selling here without paying GST. He is threating everyone whoever speaks against this garments shop. Even during Covid, shop was running full time getting lot of visitors and caused spread of Virus.
Please take strict action against this outlet and pass the complaint to police department also. We will be raising the complaint with commercial tax dept and also planning to highlight with Media very soon.
