Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — Delaptable state of the building and no structural audit report

As per mcgm ever building over 30 years have to submit a structural audit report to bmc once in 3 years, our building is in a very deleptable state and the bmc says that they do not have any original or apporoved plans of the building, the do not have any structural audit report of the building, the building was constructed in 1954 and the landlord has not maintained the building even after collecting monies towards repairs and rent and various contributions . Life of all habitants is at risk .Please take immediate steps khimiya kung plot no 42 a sch 6 road 25 sion west mumbai 400022
