I am a resident of 171, a, shantivan, oshiwara, new link road, andheri west, mumbai-400043. There are 4 dogs in my building who have been creating a nuisance since morning and it is becoming impossible to even walk through my own society. They are running and howling and biting on everything visible. I request you to please take them out and take the appropriate actions for the same. Your early response would be much appreciated
