Dear Assistant Engineer E Ward / Assistant Commissioner E ward,

I am a resident of Versova Street, near Alexandra Cinema, Nagpada, Mumbai Central, Mumbai 400008.

from past one week we are getting dirty / smelly water in our lane, one of our resident have also called up twice and put up a complaint about it.

but even today we have got same dirty water, we would like to bring to your notice that consuming this type of dirty water may cause water born infections to us and our families.

I humbly request your urgent attention and action to avoid any sort of water infections.
