The gutters are overflowing the rains are just started. All the garbage is the roads. Everywhere gutter water is flowing. We are sure future rains will result to 26 july. We are able to walk on the roads everywhere the work is going on now school will start children have to face difficulties. Please it's a request to clean the gutters. I paid for the water bill (KEE9000005) by net banking. The money is gone from my account. But it has not been updated on the MCGM records. The records still show outstanding bills. Kindly resolve the issue: either return the money taken from my account, or update your records with my payment and make the receipt available on the website. Thanks
