Respected Sir,
This is to inform about an illegally constructed house over a gutter in D.A.D’souza compound, Near Narayan plaza, Chandivali road, Sakinaka, Mumbai-72. This was built by the owner of the property who passed away few years ago and the house is being rented by Rakesh Yadav. He uses this house to prepare masalas for his Vada pav business from past 4 years. Due to this my mom is suffering from a chronic disease. We have requested him many times to stop but he says “do whatever you want to, I don’t care”. And because this house is constructed over a gutter the BMC guys couldn’t clean the gutter properly. Now the water has clogged, larvae and worms are coming out of the gutter. His brother Rajesh Yadav threatened my mother yesterday night that he will demolish our house and the toilet that we built and said “do whatever you want”. The house was built around a tree which died suspiciously and was cut down few days ago. The remains are still lying around. Even after requesting the rented guy to give the owners daughter’s contact number, he refused to give it. I have registered a complaint against it today morning on 1916. My complaint number is [protected].
So I would request you to take immediate and necessary action.
