I am concerned and worried for the illegalities carrying out by the ongoing under construction redevelopment project by the DEVELOPER KNOWN AS EKTA TRINITY project file no. CHE/WS/1331/H/337(NEW), situated at 2nd Hasnabad Road, santacruz (west), mumbai-400054. Next to GHIYA COMPOUND.

ADJOINING OUR PLOT KNOWN AS GHIYA COMPOUND ACCESS ROAD IS ENCROACHED BY EKTA TRINITY., AFTER ILLEGALLY DEMOLISHING OUR OLD EXISTING GHIYA COMPOUND BOUNDARY WALL WITHOUT OUR CONSENT AND KNOWLEDGE.

EKTA TRINITY HAVE DONE FILLING OF EARTH ON THEIR LAND AND EXTENDED THEIR LAND INTO GHIYA COMPOUND LAND ACCESS ROAD AND HAVE ENCROACHED GHIYA COMPOUND LAND BY CONSTRUCTING LOAD BEARING ILLEGAL WALL ON GHIYA COMPOUND LAND TO TAKE THE LOAD OF EKTA TRINITY LAND EARTH FILLING AFTER DEMOLISHING OUR OLD EXISTING BOUNDARY WALL ILLEGALLY.

THEREFORE I REQUEST ALL AUTHORITIES FOR THE WORK SHOULD BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY ATLEAST ILLEGAL BOUNDARY WORK AND SANCTIONED SHOULD BE CANCELLED BY THE E.E.(B.P.) AND OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE (OC) & BUILDING COMPLETION CERTIFICATE (BCC) SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED SINCE EKTA TRINITY HAVE VIOLATED VARIOUS MMC ACT AND MRTP ACT AND ALSO IN VIOLATION OF VARIOUS MCGM RULES AND GUIDELINES BY DEMOLISHING ADJOINING PLOT GHIYA COMPOUND BOUNDARY WALL AND CONSTRUCTING ILLEGAL LOAD BEARING WALL ON GHIYA COMPOUND LAND TO TAKE LOAD OF THEIR EKTA TRINITY LAND SINCE THEY HAVE INCREASED HEIGHT OF THEIR LAND BY FILLING OF EARTH UPTO 3 feet.

KINDLY TAKE STERN ACTION SINCE IF EKTA TRINITY IS ALLOWED AND NOT STOPPED immediately GHIYA COMPOUND CTS NO h/395, h/396, h/397 & h/398 WILL BE IN IRREPARABLE HUGE LOSS SINCE ACCESS ROAD OF GHIYA COMPOUND WAS ALREADY VERY NARROW AND EKTA TRINITY DEVELOPER HAVE ABOVE ENCROACHED MAKING ACCESS ROAD MORE NARROW AND ALSO VERY DIFFICULT FOR FIRE ENGINE TO ENTER INCASE OF ANY EMERGENCY WHERE 300 PEOPLE ARE STAYING IN 62 flats/rooms.

Also REQUESTING TO ALL AUTHORITIES TO GIVE ME INFORMATION AS PER MAHARASHTRA STATE AND MCGM RULES AND GUIDELINES REGARDING ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THE EKTA TRINITY PROJECT FILE NO. CHE/WS/1331/H/337(NEW). SINCE ILLEGAL LOAD BEARING WALL ENCROACHING OUR MAIN ENTRANCE GATE “I CHANNEL” and ACCESS ROAD IS STILL STANDING AND NOT YET DEMOLISHED.

Illegally constructed load bearing wall should be demolished immediately and concerned authorities should kindly come and give marking of the each respective plot/land and thereafter Ghiya Compound land boundary wall should be reconstructed by 8 to 9 inches or 200 to 230mm thick brick boundary wall with proper plastering which was in existence before EKTA TRINITY demolished illegally.
