Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — MCGM Water Bill Payment Failed but the Amount debited from Account

I was trying to do online transaction of water bill of Rs.999/-. After transaction got the server error and payment was failed but the bill amount was debited from my account. I was tried thrice and got the same error. So total 2997 amount debited from my bank a/c. Please request you to look into this.
