[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — MCGM - water bills paid, amount debited from my account but, MCGM bills still outstanding
I have made online payment for MCGM water bills via official website https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in/aqua/CitizenHome.html on[protected], through SBI EPAY. Once the payment was completed, it was directed to another web page with error message "Sorry, unable to process your request. Please contact the administrator or try again later"
However, the payment has been debited from my account and the MCGM water bills are still showing outstanding.
My water connection number is : FNS3620007.
I have also attached snippet of online transaction.
I would appreciate any help, thank you

Online receipt updated. I think it takes couple of days to update MCGM system. Thank you to consumer complaints.
