Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — refund for license renewal fee

I had tried to make a payment through neft on the mcgm portal on 22nd of november, 2019 for renewal of license fees.
The license number is[protected] and the application number generated was[protected].
I made a payment of rs 12405.90 on the account number ref[protected] and utr number sbin[protected].
My account number [protected] on the name of mustafa shabbir tarwala was debited the same day and the transaction was successful. I have attached the copy of the neft.
However the application got cancelled even though the payment was deducted from my account even after making the payment within the stipulated time according to the license receipt.
It has been 12 days and i have still not received the refund for the same. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and process the refund at the earliest.
