I am a resident of shirin mansion. 14, kolsa x lane, shirin mansion, pydhonie. Recently there are about 5 to 6 stray dogs which have started staying in the lane. They are trying to hrm people. Late nights no one can cross the lane also. They run behind bikes and create a lot of nuisance in the night. Please take some action urgently
