I am a resident of navy colony, nausanrakshan chs, malad west. The stray dogs in the society has become a nuisance. They bark day in and day out and the society is doing nothing despite complaints. It has become difficult to stat here. Please do something about it. Society itself harbours this dogs and is adding to the nuisance. Please take some action.
