Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — Water Bill payment issue on 23-may

My Bmc water connection number is SXV8130001. I had made a payment of Rs. 8584/- online on 23/05/2021. The amount got deducted from my bank account but the screen showed ‘payment failed’ after the transaction.
Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
