Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — Water bill payment paid but not reflected

I paid Rs.5000 water bill using SBIepay on 5th June 2021. Amount got debited but I got an error message without a receipt which was "Sorry unable to process your request. Please contact to administrator and try again later". I got no receipt nor I can see the bill status updated. But the amount was deducted and it shows paid in gpay.Below are payment details attached.
