Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — water wastage in our house

Hello sir/ ma'am,

I am shivendra, resident of 1b, 81, piramal nagar. My complaint is about wastage of water. My roommate mohak agarwal leaves his tank fill in tap open daily due to which water comes in the morning at 6 and overflows till 8-9 till he wakes up. After several efforts and requests he is still adamant on wasting water. Please help.
